XES® Extreme Bale Net Wrap
Built tight. Proven by DLG. Priced direct.
XES Extreme — a patented knitted chain bale net wrap built to keep your bales tight from field to feedlot. Compatible with John Deere, New Holland, Vermeer, Case IH, Claas, Krone, and every other major round baler. Shipped free to your farm.
Independently lab-tested at 680 lbf per strip (DLG #7439, ISO 13934-1). Dozens of strips engage on every layer — combined holding force well above a 5×6 (~1,500 lb) bale.
UV-stabilized HDPE rated for 12 months minimum outdoor exposure under DIN EN ISO 4892-2 — the same standard that benchmarks John Deere & Krone.
Buy direct from the manufacturer — no dealer markup, no middleman. Same DLG-tested net wrap, with free continental US shipping included.

Knitted strength.
Field-proven.
XES Extreme uses a patented warp-inserted knitted chain structure — high-tenacity HDPE warp threads locked at every weft cross. It's the geometry that lets dozens of strips engage on every wrap, so even heavy, wet, or irregular bales hold tight from the field through winter feeding. Compatible with John Deere, New Holland, Vermeer, Case IH, Claas, Krone, Kuhn — and every other major round baler.
Why XES Extreme holds tight.
High-tenacity HDPE warp threads run the full length of the roll — the load path.
Weft yarn knits around each warp at every row, locking the geometry under tension.
HDPE loaded with stabilizer for a 12-month outdoor minimum — tested DIN EN ISO 4892-2.
Each roll ships in a rigid tube — no dust, no crush, no field rip on the spool.

Answered straight.
How fast does it ship?
Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours from our US warehouse. Free continental US shipping is included on every order — customers report delivery in 2-7 business days depending on location.
Will it fit my baler?
Yes — XES Extreme is built to fit every major round baler: John Deere, New Holland, Vermeer, Case IH, Claas, Krone, Kuhn, and others. Available in 48", 51", 64", and 67" widths. Unsure which size fits your model? Email sales@balenets.com with your baler model — we’ll confirm same day.
Why is it cheaper than my local dealer?
We sell factory-direct. No dealer chain, no middleman, no 30-50% retail markup. Same DLG-tested net wrap (Report #7439), shipped straight to your farm.
Can I buy a single roll, or only by the pallet?
Single rolls or full pallets — no minimum order. Pallet pricing is available; email sales@balenets.com for a same-day quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — XES Extreme is backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, produced under ISO 9001:2008 certified processes. Contact sales@balenets.com if your order has any issue and we’ll resolve it the same day.
How many wraps per bale should I use?
We recommend 2–2.5 wraps for silage, 2.5–3 for hay, and 3–4 for straw. Some farms have moved from 4 wraps (on previous brands) down to 2–2.5 with XES Extreme — the 680 lbf strip strength means fewer wraps to achieve the same bale integrity, lowering your cost per bale.
