Purchase options & subscription cancellation policy

This policy applies if and when XES Netting LLC ("XES", "we", "us", "our") offers subscription, recurring, or other purchase-option (selling plan) products through balenets.com (the "Site"). At this time, XES does not offer subscription or recurring purchase options — every order placed on balenets.com is a one-time purchase of bale net wrap. The terms below apply only if a recurring or subscription option is added to a product in the future, and to any historical purchase-option order.

How to cancel

If you have an active subscription or recurring purchase option with us, you may cancel at any time before the next renewal by:

  • Emailing info@xesnetting.com from the email address used at checkout, with the subject line "Cancel subscription" and your order number, or
  • Logging in to your customer account at balenets.com and managing the subscription from your account page (when available).

We will confirm cancellation by email within two (2) business days. Once cancelled, no further renewals will be billed and no further shipments will be sent.

Billing & renewals

When subscription products are offered, the subscription term, billing frequency, and per-order price are disclosed on the product page and in the checkout summary at the time of purchase. By placing a subscription order, you authorize XES to charge your payment method on file at the disclosed billing frequency until you cancel.

Refunds on subscription orders

You may request a refund for a subscription renewal that has already shipped under our standard Refund Policy: items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Renewals that have been billed but not yet shipped will be refunded in full upon cancellation.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
