At XES®, we take pride in the quality and performance of our Bale Net Wrap products. Given we have direct control over the factory manufacturing the product, we stand behind every product we sell and are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
If you're not completely satisfied with any defect in the product quality, please contact our customer service team at info@xesnetting.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and if needed, arrange for a return or exchange. It's important to us that you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.
Return Policy
- We do not accept refused deliveries and will not issue any refunds for them.
- Eligible products: All retail items, excluding samples and pallet orders.
- Return window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Return condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt required.
- Return shipping: Customer bears the return shipping cost.

- Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item. If approved, we'll refund your amount, less any handling fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
